first_time_exchangeI've been going back and forth with how many requests and offers people should have. My final decision is that people can sign up with one fandom request, but to be guaranteed a gift, you must have at least three. This means that if you end up being a pinch hit, and we just can't find anyone who's able to fulfill your request, the collection will open even if you don't have a gift.
The same goes with offers: you can sign up with only one offer, but please please make sure that you actually match with someone. If your offers are unmatchable, we will ask you to add more, but if you refuse, or don't reply by the speficied time, your signup will be deleted.
