further clarification on "any"

We noticed there were some concerns about the wording of the last post, and want to clarify further:
DNWs are absolutely expected to be respected, and a refusal to do so will be met with an emergency pinch hit for the part of the recipient and potential ban from future rounds on the part of the writer.
That said!
This also applies to ships, of course - we do have an "any" option for ships, so if you do actually care who the virgin[s] is/are, we recommend specifying.

That said!
While requesting "any" means your DNWs will be honored (because, again, we're not overriding DNWs), it may also mean you get someone who wants to write something totally different to what you want, so be sure to only request it if you're okay with that scenario.
It may be potentially disappointing for your writer to see that you DNW what they've offered, and may potentially result fic that just isn't what you're that excited to receive (see: optional details are optional).
It is best practise to request "any" if you're okay with most of the categories / truly do not care which tag you get because you just want to read two characters having their first time together!
For offers, it's a bit different:
Offering "any" means you may be faced with someone who only requests something you DNW to write - we do not hand match - so it's best to only offer it if you're prepared to write noncon / A/B/O / incest / fluff / humor / any combo of the above

If you simply want too many tags to be contained to 20 but feel as if "any" doesn't apply to you, you can consider the following options:
- list the additional tags you like in your optional details (this will not be matchable but will give your writer more guidance)
- split up your requests by ships (or who is the virgin) / the tags by the ships you think fit them most (you are allowed more than one request per fandom!)
